How to Take Your Measurements
To take accurate measurements, wear only undergarments or a leotard. Do NOT wear bulky clothing (e.g. jeans/ sweat top, pants).

When measuring, the tape should be a bit snug, but not tight. You should be able to put a finger behind the tape, but not more than that. Stand tall and relaxed.

Do not take your own measurements. Ask someone to help you.
